Areas for improvement:
Just minor remarks. The kitchen equipment is a bit worned out. Early bird neighbors can wake one up in the mornings occasionally.

A very good location to explore Kos, quiet, clean, kids playground, big yard and close to the beach (5min walking)

Overall the island has garbage left everywhere, not very well maintained
